PT-25 Temperature transmitter

The PT-25 operates on a power supply of 8 to 35 V DC and delivers a standard 4…20 mA output signal. The measuring ranges available as standard are -50…50°C, -50…100°C, 0…50°C, 0…100°C, 25…75°C, and 50…100°C, with a minimum span of 25 K. Custom measuring ranges are available on request.

Measurement accuracy is ±1%. The alarm signal output is less than 3.1 mA or greater than 26.1 mA, providing clear fault indication to the control system. Immersion length ranges from 50 to 1000 mm. Wetted parts material is stainless steel 316. Sensor diameters available are 4 mm, 6 mm, and 8 mm. The standard process connection thread is G1/2", with other connections available on request. Ingress protection is IP65 for the PD (DIN connector) version and IP67 for the PM12 (M12 connector) version.

The Aplisens PT-25 Temperature Transmitter is designed for temperature measurement of liquid and gaseous media in a range from -50 to +100°C.The transmitter is factory configured, eliminating the need for on-site programming and allowing for fast, straightforward installation.

The entire casing and all wetted parts are constructed from stainless steel (316), ensuring excellent resistance to corrosion and mechanical stress in demanding industrial environments. The transmitter is available in two versions: with a removable measuring insert for easy maintenance, and with a non-removable measuring insert that provides additional protection against vibrations in high-vibration applications.

Available electrical connections include an angular connector DIN EN 175301-803 or connector M12x1.The DIN connector version (PD) carries an IP65 ingress protection rating, while the M12 connector version (PM12) is rated IP67, making it suitable for wash-down and wet environments.

The PT-25 supports multiple standard immersion lengths of 50, 100, 150, 200, and 250 mm as standard, with custom lengths available on request, and sensor diameters of 4, 6, or 8 mm. The standard process connection is G1/2", with other connections available on request.
