The Transmitter Shop is the sole warrantor of this product and is NOT affiliated or endorsed by Fisher, Rosemount, or any other Emerson Process Management Company. The Transmitter Shop is not an FM Approved Repair Facility and cannot supply remanufactured equipment for Hazardous Locations. We are not registered distributors of any brand.

Visitors to our website are required to accept the following terms and conditions in return for the information given about us, our business and the products & services we provide through our website.

Information is for guidance only and is not intended to form any part of a contract and can be subject to change without notice. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or cumulative losses or damages arising out of the use or inability to use these pages, any errors, misrepresentations or omissions on the material contained on them.

TAXES: Any tax or governmental charge payable by the Seller because of the manufacture, sale or delivery of the Goods, or provision of Services, may at Seller’s option be added to the price herein specified. The foregoing shall not apply to taxes based upon Seller’s net income.

Product Warranty: The Transmitter Shop products carry a 2 -year warranty on Reconditioned and New Surplus Products. If a product fails to perform within recommended specifications within 2 year from date of purchase, we will repair or replace the product at our option.
