The APT-2000ALW provides a 4…20 mA output signal combined with HART protocol, allowing seamless integration with modern process control systems. The transmitter supports programmable range, zero shift, measuring characteristic, and damping ratio — all configurable directly via local panel keys without the need for external tools.
It accepts both resistant (Pt100) and thermocouple (type K) measuring elements, offering broad flexibility across a wide range of temperature applications. The transmitter features a local LCD display with illumination, and the housing design allows display rotation at 90°, 180°, and 270° for optimal readability in any installation orientation.
The APT-2000ALW holds ATEX certification in both Intrinsic Safety (Exia) and Explosion Proof (Exd) versions, as well as IECEx certification, making it fully suitable for installation in hazardous gas and dust environments. It also carries MID (Measuring Instruments Directive) certification in accordance with the 2004/22/WE directive and OIML R140:2007 recommendations, qualifying it for custody transfer measurement of gas.
The enclosure is rated IP66 or IP67 as standard, with a special IP67 version available. Housing material is aluminum as standard, with a special version available in 316 stainless steel. Configuration is carried out via HART communicators or a PC using a HART/USB converter with Raport 2 configuration software.
