The Aplisens S-TK-P is a flanged diaphragm seal with an extended diaphragm and a direct diaphragm cleaning system, manufactured by Aplisens and distributed by The Transmitter Shop. It is a special execution of the S-TK flanged seal fixed at DN100 with a 100 mm tube with an additional built-in cleaning system designed for the measurement of very viscous process media. As an authorized distributor, TTS offers the S-TK-P in stock with full calibration, repair, and reconditioned service options.

The S-TK-P is based on the S-TK–DN100/T=100mm extended diaphragm flanged seal construction. The flange size is fixed at DN100 with a tube length of 100 mm. The flushing system consists of two internal channels ending with two 1/2" ball valves at the rear of the seal body. The cleaning medium is supplied directly to the diaphragm surface via these channels. The unit is supplied as a remote mount assembly with capillary connection capillary length is specified at time of ordering. Compatible pressure transmitter example: Aplisens APC-2000ALW with nominal measuring range 0÷1 bar.
Features
The Aplisens S-TK-P is specifically designed for pressure measurement of very viscous process media where standard diaphragm seals are prone to fouling and require frequent maintenance. The integrated direct diaphragm cleaning system allows the membrane to be cleaned without dismounting the diaphragm seal from the process connection, eliminating costly process shutdowns and reducing maintenance time significantly.
The cleaning medium for example water is supplied directly to the membrane surface via two internal channels built inside the diaphragm seal body. Cleaning is performed periodically at intervals appropriate to the measured medium. The two flushing channels are terminated with two 1/2" ball valves located at the back of the diaphragm seal for easy access and controlled flushing operation.
The S-TK-P is a remote mount design, connected to the pressure transmitter via a capillary of specified length. It is fully compatible with Aplisens pressure transmitters including the APC-2000ALW. The ordering example given in the official Aplisens datasheet is: APC-2000ALW / 0÷1 bar / S-TK-P / K = 6 m, confirming capillary remote connection as standard for this model.
