We carry Fisher, Rosemount, Foxboro, Honeywell, Marsh-Bellofram and Anderson/Greenwood.

What types of inventory does TTS handle?
We carry three types of inventory. Reconditioned, New Surplus, and Factory New.

What is considered ‘Reconditioned Inventory’ ?
Reconditioned items from inventory include inspection, testing, calibration and look like new except for an intentional variation in paint color to distinguish from Factory New and New Surplus.

Is there a warranty offered on ‘Reconditioned Inventory’ ?
TTS reconditioned instruments have a two-year warranty and are shipped with a QA/QC calibration sheet.

Will TTS provide reconditioning services for my company’s instruments?
We do provide a reconditioning service for instruments sent in and maintain the customer's serial number.

What is considered ‘New Surplus’ ?
New Surplus instruments are unused instruments typically from warehouse overstock.

Is there a warranty offered on ‘New Surplus’ ?
We provide a two-year warranty since many surplus instruments are out of warranty.

What is considered ‘Factory New’ ?
‘Factory New’ are just that-new from the factory with a factory warranty, but with a discounted price and great service.

Does TTS provide service in an emergency?
Yes, TTS has available 24-hour supply and repair service. It can be accessed through our telephone paging system @ 281-487-3115 ex. 107
